Christopher At Mom's School

Today I took Christopher over to Mom's school to play for her class at their Christmas Party. She teaches 4 year old Head Start Pre-K. He went over last year and the children really enjoyed it. Same thing this year. They enjoyed the Christmas Music and the Star Wars Music he played, but he tried a classical piece and we lost them. They were so cute and as usual they called his cello "that thing". After he did a little show and tell with the cello and explained that the bow was made with horse hair. Well, that got a whole other discussion going on why they had to hurt a horse. We then explained it by saying that they took the horse for a hair cut like they go to get a hair cut only instead of the top of their head it was their tail that got trimmed. That seemed the easiest way to explain it. It was really cute and funny. Having a 15 year old you forget what 4 year old's can come up with. Anyway, it was a lot of fun for Christopher and the kids.
Keith went ot the Doctor today and he is on go for his LAST CHEMO Friday. His white cell and red cell count is up and so is his weight. Dr. Hamrick is very pleased with everything. Oh, and his hair is coming in. Right now it is brown and white both. He has been feeling good and our hopes are high.
