We went for chemo today. Another long day. It started again with INSURANCE problems. They had to have a certain test which the lab that is contracted with our insurance company (Quest) takes 24 hours to do this test. They sent it out last night and they weren't even going to start the test until 7 tonight. No one knew that. They asked for stat and their definition of stat is 3 to 4 hours. Keith couldn't get the chemo until we got this test, so we waited. I HATE HMO'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We finally got the results and started chemo about 12:45. We got out of there about 4: 45. Keith really is starting to feel the effects of the chemo. His legs really started hurting this afternoon and he was very tired. When we got home, he went straight to bed with his med's. Hopefully tomorrow he will feel better.
